Volume III
EDITOR'S NOTE
We are pleased to introduce Volume III of the ADR/ODR Journal.
“As a peacemaker, the lawyer has a superior opportunity to be a good man.” When the first volume of this journal was released, ADR was envisioned as the dominant form of conflict resolution while still providing access to justice. This volume examines how far ADR has evolved to achieve this goal.

Four articles have been selected to showcase the future of arbitration: the evolution of ADR across jurisdictions, trends toward the systematic disclosure of third-party funding, enforcement of arbitral awards in corruption cases, and the integration of AI within various legal systems. These articles not only present innovative research but also highlight the practical implications for practitioners and policymakers in the field.
We extend our gratitude to our President, Wyoma Chudasama, our editors, and most importantly our contributors, whose dedication is vital to the journal's success. The ADR/ODR landscape continues to evolve rapidly, influenced by technological advancements, globalization, and changing legal frameworks.
We invite you to engage with the contents of this volume and look forward to your continued support in shaping the future of ADR and ODR scholarship.
